Dove Hunting


I told you that the Ring Necked Doves are getting used to me being outside near them.
I was about 15 ft away, not a great photo, but I was trying not to move too fast, to scare him off.
I hunt with a camera, not a gun.

I love those doves. We have two pairs of mourning doves here. Did you know that they are basically ground birds and that is why their nests are always put together so helter-skelter and barely last till their babies are hatched and gone? I love their soft sound too~ xo Diana
